TRN and print on the same device

It is used when POS terminal is supposed to handle POS receipt printing and eKasa only eKasa receipt (if generated).

POS app is getting overall state of TRN in this case, however, it does not handle the sorting of print output for receipts.

1. Availability check - cardAsyncLineCheck:[0]

2. LineCheck status reading - cardGetTransactionInfo:[0] - if it didn't pass it is recommended to resolve data connectivity to the internet.

3. Transaction sending - e.g. cardAsyncPayment2:[0];[1];[2]

4. TRN result reading into the POS app - cardGetTransactionInfo:[0]

5. Command to print a receipt for a customer - cardPrintTransactionCustomerReceipt:[0]

6. Command to print a receipt for a merchant - cardPrintTransactionMerchantReceipt:[0]
