TRN and print on different devices

It is used when POS terminal is not supposed to handle POS receipt printing but this will be processed otherwise (e.g. printed on eKasa printer together with eKasa receipt). POS terminal serves only as a display and billing device.

POS app is getting the overall state of TRN in this case and subsequently generates print output on a different device.

1. Availability check - cardAsyncLineCheck:[0]

2. LineCheck status reading - cardGetTransactionInfo:[0] - if it didn't pass it is recommended to resolve data connectivity to the internet.

3. Transaction sending - e.g. cardAsyncPayment2:[0];[1];[2]

4. TRN result reading into the POS app - cardGetTransactionInfo:[0]

5. Data collection from received get and sending to print on another device, formating is determined by POS app.
